The Service is designed to assist clients in exercising their consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on their credit reports. We are a credit repair organization as defined by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's signup form. You are responsible for providing us with all necessary documentation, including your credit reports and personal identification, as required to perform the service. You agree not to create any new delinquencies on your credit report while you are a client of the Service.
You understand that MyCreditsRepair.com does not make any promise or guarantee of any particular outcome, including but not limited to a specific credit score increase or the removal of any specific item from your credit report. Individual results may vary. We cannot and do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.
You agree to pay for the services in accordance with our pricing schedule. Payments are for services rendered in the preceding month. You may cancel the service at any time, but you will be responsible for payment for any services already performed.
In no event shall MyCreditsRepair.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
